Sometimes something is present that does not feel like it belongs to you. A heaviness that arrived and never left. A mood that turns up without a cause. A pattern that will not shift no matter how sensibly you approach it. Often it sits somewhere particular in the body, and you have learned to live around it. This is quiet work for exactly that. Nothing is cast out and nothing is fought. What is present is met as a being who is lost rather than as an enemy, and it is helped to go where it actually belongs. The care goes to both of you, and that is why the room stays calm. You stay awake and involved the whole way through. I will ask you what you notice, where it sits, what it feels like, and your answers guide the work. Nothing is done to you while you sit passively. Sessions are held over video and run ninety minutes to two hours. There is aftercare afterward, and I will walk you through it. This is spiritual work and it does not replace medical or mental health care. If you are working with a doctor or a therapist, please carry on with that.
